Just an introduction. This is a story i meant to draw in cartoon form but failed to do so. I Hope you like it. Read on.

: "Welcome, you are just in time, Dr. will be here soon, he is on his hospital rounds."
: "Yes, I am Justin Time. How do you know that?"

: "That I am Justin Time."

: "Mister, you will have to wait like everyone else. So what if you are just in time?"
