Nothing happening near Harlow

Can anyone work out how the world has managed to get so grumpy and boring. There is literally nothing to do near me in Harlow and it’s so frustrating for someone like me who just wants to be themself and have good random spontaneous fun can anyone solve this? Living here is so boring and in adventurous x
