Looking for access into Liverpool scene.

Hi all, just getting started with this a trieing to work out how to get involved in a secure, safe local circle where I can also enjoy conversations and nights out. I live in south Liverpool and am professional and therefore require discretion with like minded people. I need a little advice and some genuine encouragement. Anybody else on the same position?
