gspotjack	12:43 am Saturday, 22^nd January, 2005 having joined this site and a few others like it in past few months,its come to my attention that every one seems to have a problem with time wasters.from all the sites i have visited this seems to be a recurring problem.therefor may i take this opertunity to invite all the people who claim to be genuine north of the border, to leave a reply. if you have taken the time to read this message , it will be interesting to weigh up the replies against the viewed. who is genuine who is not. only genuine people please leave a reply. people who are not genuine please do all the decent people a favour. delete your profile, sell your pc and donate all the proceeds to the tsunami appeal.

You will always get those that return from the pub and think it is a good idea to "play around" on their PC and sign up because there is no cost to them. This site runs with a second membership level (premium) and the fact that someone has chosen to upgrade their membership is an indication that they are not timewasters. After all, why thow money at "playing around". Suggest you look for the premium membership stars when searching - that is one way of spotting those that are genuine. Those that have met and played with others who are tagged as genuine swingers will also be tagged as such on the site (premium and free members) so that is another way of sorting the wheat from the chaff

I am a standard member because I choose to be. That certainly does not mean that I am a timewaster & I am very disappointed with the people who frequent this site thinking that you have got to be a Premium member to be anything worth considering. I answer quite a few postings on this site..... similar to the experiences above, very VERY rarely do I get a courtious reply from the person posting the ad. This I consider far worse an indication of the small minded people who do continue to post ads and who appear to not wish to comunicate with the people to whom the ads are directed at. There are I belive some honest people who frequent this site, I include myself, who give an open, clear indication of what I am looking for & to those posting the ads, I give the same response to any ads I answer.... To those honest people I dont care what the status of your membership is..... whether standard or premium, - we all deserve some responseanswer - just let it be HONEST. Scot

It has been 3 weeks now i have posted some 5 adds and answered almost 45 adds with emails, ive had not one reply, not even a sniff, i am now thinking this is a waste of time, i will not be renewing my membership and will prob go elsewhere. I thought this would be a good idea, it has cast doubt in my mind to wether i do this sort a thing again on any other site or not, i dont mind paying a membership if i get something out of it, but this is just pants !!

To hide the fact there wasnt many members at all, I hope this is not the case, but at the moment this is the idea I am getting. (i know i will prob get aload of "im genuine...100%, or "pah what do you expect, single men are ten a penny" which im getting sick of hearing btw, but so be it)

I know the problem of sending out loads of emails and not getting many replies but I have met some great people. I find the easiest way to distinguish between the true and the false is to ask to speak to them on the phone andor meet for a non commital drink. It's worked for me but single blokes are always going to find it hard (pardon the pun!) Andy

However, I have to say I am one of the fortunate ones who seem to get quite a few replies. Even so just because you are a single guy doesn't mean that you are allergic to time wasters. I have met some lovely couples from this site, but I have also had quite a few time wasters - ie people who say they want to meet on a certain night, and then dont' turn up. Overall I have been a member in one way (standard or premium) of this site for quite a few years now, and have to say that this site is getting better. My tip for all of you is to try the chat room. It is often good to talk with people in the chat room and get to know them, before sending your details. The key for me is talking to somebody on the phone at an early opportunity. Another thing for me is make sure your response matches what the person couple are looking for - its easy to say but cutting and pasting often overlooks simple criteria - and make sure the response sounds personal and is more than 3 lines (yes I have received responses from people with 3 lines - and it is frustrating) Anyway hope the rest of you guys start having some luck - and keep trying. Agree with Iain earlier about reading the ads carefully and ensuring you respond properly. There's no use in the scattergun approach where if you mail loads of people you'll get replies. Of course there are non-genuine people around, people who like getting emails (maybe they're just turned on by them and don't want to take it further) - but if you get right pix (ie nice "normal" pic plus a few sexy pictures) read the ad, respond with good details - you should get better response. I also believe it's definitely beneficial to become a premium member as it does show some small financial committment. I have re-joined DD after being away for a while and sent out 10 replies in last two weeks. I have had 5 positive replies so far. Quite happy with that!!

I'm one of the few females that offers to cam and flash for people when I'm in chat and prove that I'm really a female, and I'm actually on the other end. I only joined the site a week ago and already it's becoming quite obvious that being a premium member or a standard member is pretty irrelevant. I have been asked to cam by dozens of couples with both types of memberships since I joined, and to date out of the dozens of couples that asked to cam with me only 1 couple I cammed had the female present, the rest just made excuses as to why their female wasnt available to appear on cam after I showed for them. But they didnt think it was worth mentioning that the fem wasnt present when they were asking to meet me on cam. The strangest part of this is that almost all of the couples that failed to produce a female at their end of the cam also happened to have chat names that started with the females name first, giving the impression that it was actually the female that was chatting. I think a good way of sussing the genuine folks would be to put a cam icon on the profiles of folks who have actually appeared on cam to prove that the fem even exists!!!! I'll even volunteer to cam any couple that wants to prove real and vouch for them for the site for their profile icon.......
