How to get rid of hair on cock and balls?

What is the best way, to get rid of the hair on your balls,and cock etc? As shaving cuases too many accidents so any ideas,anyone?

If you are experiencing problems with shaving, then I think your technique may be lacking.

A good triple blade razor is required, with the newest possible blade. (First time, it might be best to use a pair of scissors or a side burn attachment on an electric shaver to get a shortish trim before shaving.) I've been using Gillette for years, but I'm just trying a Lidl supermarket own brand of triple blade razor, I think that it's called Bellini or some such. Cheaper than Gillette Mach 3, with blades closer together. (Although this closeness is a pain. Shaving with cream, means that the debris building up between the blades is difficult to rinse out, and often a (very carefully administered) blast of exhaled breath is needed to loosen it.)

I use Aqueous Cream BP or rather, these days, Eur. Pharm. This is a water paraffins emulsion with a slightly antiseptic content. Boots and everyone, Tesco, Home Bargains, all sell their own formulation. It's cheap, less than three quid for a big (half kilogram) tub. Boots's is a little stickier, and more expensive than other brands, the others, rather creamier. Wash with hot water and soap, rinse, keep everything wet, wet your hands and apply cream. Add more water and cream as required. Shave. Shave against the grain as you become bolder. Finish off with cream. Keep the water very hot.

About every second day I start with cream, then lather shaving gel over it (I just use a cheap and cheerful own brand of shaving gel from Lidl or Aldi or Asda).

I also use it to shave my face, and keep my elbows from drying out, and my hands soft, and on my feet as well.

It's also recommended for people with allergic conditions or dry skin as a general purpose substitute for soap.

It does leave a greasy ring in the wash basin, but that comes off easily enough with pumice-type ceramic-ware cleanser.

I've never tried any commercial depilatory cream, which usually works with sodium sulphide to free the hair from its follicles, nor have I tried home waxing. Commercial waxing salons do men: it's quite common I believe... Ask for a quote.

Aqueous Cream BP is also a good masturbation aid, with occasional baby oil, and cheap and cheerful moisturizing creams.

hi i just noticed the forum posts and couldn't resist chipping in (lol)

this is a genuine question:

why would a man want to remove the hair from round his balls and cock?

surely the hair keeps the area cool on a hot day, and surely it would just become hot and sticky and the skin would stick to itself etc.

from a girls point of view men who are overgly groomed seem rather feminine ie shaving chest hair and leg hair and hair on the bum you will be more like us than we are if your not careful!!

personally i don't mind if the bloke is trimmed but actual hair removal is a step too far!!! :O

do any other females feel the same as me.... maybe its cos im a yorkshire lass.... men are men and women are glad of it.

Shaving of course is one option, I usually dry shave ie no cream or anything, it does a much better job than trying with the cream (the debris problem as previously posted)

After shaving use a moisteriser of some sort (helps stop most of the shaving rash), I use a hand lotion lol but baby oil or some like that is sufficient - you should do this for a few days after as well. Personally I am switching over to hair removal cream as regardless of above I still get a certain amount of rash :( Veet sensitive is one but there are better out there. Just make sure you read the instructions and don't assume anything.

Suffice to say I don;t recommend waxing (tried it once lol) owwww

To answer last post - Why do men shave ? there are various reasons but for me personally I just prefer it, I find it less sweaty not more and it to be picky its a lot more hygenic.

I find that nair hair removal cream for coarse hair works better than veet.

a word of warning though don't put after shave on, in that area, unless you like pain.

I personally use a nice little razor called Phillips Bodygroom TT2030. It works best dry and without any cream which is brilliant. It covers ALL body hair as well, recently used it on my entire body and all that was left was extremely minor stubble in a few places and it was smooth to run my hand over everywhere. Its about 50 quid and id recommend it over going for a bikini wax or something because it’s just way more convenient.

In response to Carol of Peterborough (Baby), men shave their balls and penis base, and maybe bely, too, for comfort and a pleasant feeling.

Despite having been circumcised as an adult, I still suffered extraordinary discomfort in the occasional pubic hair becoming trapped under what little foreskin I have left, especially in hot weather, or during a day's driving ir similar. The irritation that that causes is out of all proportion to the scale of the irritant.

Another aspect is that ladies rarely enjoy licking or sucking hairy testicles...

I dont know how it is for a guy but I have tried all the ways to remove my pubic hair. I would suggest nair or veet cream for bikini, it works pretty good but it's the same as shaving because it comes back. I dont know about how sensitive a mans skin is there so test a little first.

I find shaving in the shower helps. I've tried using shaving foam but prefer just using soap (Imperial Leather) as the shaving foam washes off too quickly in the showerTry shaving towards the end of your shower, and have the shower as hot as you bear! I have used hair removal cream but shaving tends to last longer. Also with hair removal cream working out how long to leave it on for is a pain, too little time and it won't work, too much and hello blisters and spots. I am seriously considering laser treatment for all my pubic hair, but I don't know how that would affect my testicles! I mean I don't want fried balls - there could be a risk of infertility or even cancer but I'm too embarrassed to ask! I would suggest just keep practising, but obviously do it with care.

As for the question why shave? - for me it started off with religious reasons. This might come as a surprise to some if not all of you, but Muslims are required to remove or trim pubic hair as part of the personal hygiene code that they have to follow and that's how I started. Although I'm not religious (otherwise I wouldn't be here!) I have carried on doing it because being hairy feels sweaty and unhygienic, and being hairless feels cleaner and is definitely much more sensual.
