I am trying to upload a profile pic (shoulders to Knees) but it won't upload. If i try to add an old photo (Portrait) it uploads straight away. They are all Jpeg but i don't understand whats going on. Any help appreciated

I can't upload anything, old or new. It just fails everything automatically.
