Getting started in electro stimulation

If you want to try Estim out and cant find anyone suitable close with a Estim rig that they are prepared to demonstrate to you then I think the easiest way to try out Estim would be to try with a TENS machine which you some of you may already own, or if not are readilly available at most chemists and not to expensive, along a set of adhesive tens pads. This is probably how many of the Estim community started out, however if you are convinced that is going to be for you you can always jump right in a by a commercial made for pleasure unit and a few electrodes, there is nothing wrong with either approach.

A typical trial set up for a man would be with one pad on the shaft just below the head of the cock and the other pad either on the base of the cock or just behind the balls. Trial configurations for a woman can be a bit more tricky but apparently one common option is a tens pad on the pubis inline and a so the nearest edge is a couple of centimeters from the clit and a second electrode made from an approximate 1cm square of sponge soaked in a bicarbonate solution into which the connection pin on the tens lead is inserted. This is then held onto the clit (you must use some form of rubber of surgical glove if trying this though).

The pads should then be connected with the control unit turned off and the output levels turn right down. If the tens unit had dual outputs make sure that the two pads are connected to the pair of outputs on the same channel. When starting gradually turn up the output power until sensation starts to be felt and then if the unit allows try playing around with the pulse frequency as this can have a dramatic effect. If you find this pleasurable think about looking into other electrodes, I find conductive rubber loops are good, if you dont find it pleasurable you have a fully functional TENS machine which can always be used for its intended purpose. Even if you don't currently suffer with pain there not a bad item to have around as you never know when you will pick up an annoying ache.

Generally made for pleasure Estim or electro stimulation, control boxes offer more control of the outputs, possibly higher power limits and in some cases a range of different stimulation waveforms so if you have tried and enjoyed this form of stimulation these can be worthi investigation and maybe a future upgrade.
