It's truly sad that this site doesn't inform new members.....

It's truly sad that this site doesn't inform new members that they have to change their mail settings to get mail from standard members. I've been trying to send mail all afternoon and everyone has been rejected because the settings aren't set to receive mail from everyone. When I tried to suggest to the webmaster for this site that they "remind" everyone to change their settings, I found out that I can't even contact them directly if I have a problem or comment. Maybe this site should consider giving better member services so they can keep more members.
