I most enjoy the abstract idea of that person having sex with me, wanting to have sex with me, and being willing to have sex with me as a general and continual concept. The sex being shared with a specific person with whom I maintain a particular bond---someone who feels a specific and reciprocative way---is important to me.
I view it as a 'big picture' event: it is easy to want to have sex with someone, and reasonably easy to choose to have sex with someone, but to have an intimate relationship and be engaging in sex within that context in order to express something profound about your connection is the most satisfying aspect for me.
