Spanking therapy is an adult therapy where a person who is struggling with issues is treated by an authority figure whom the person trusts and respects. Usually the session is completed once a week. At some point during every session the authority will give the person a spanking. The spankings are always bare bottom.
The number given during the session is given to the authority.
After the spanking is given, the authority will discuss what the person is going to do for the next week or session and ensure the person understands the responsibilities or assignments. If the person cannot recite the authority will administer another spanking.
The key is not to administer severe pain rather physical admonishment giving way to psychological change.
